There are a number of great diving locations around GTMO from the shore.

In addition to shore diving, rental boats are available from MWR so you can dive elsewhere in the bay.

Only privately owned boats are allowed in the Tackle Box.

Numerous reefs are easily accessible from Windmill Beach, Phillips Dive Park, and Girl Scout Beach.
